Based on the story that I've read entitled "Two Sisters and an Orange" In personal life, communication is

important to deal with various concerns and problems of daily life. It plays an important role in
interaction faster. In the story they both failed to communicate with each other it is not clear to both
sides what is their intentions. In interest based perspectives the specifically failed to clarify what is the
interest of each other and perhaps to themselves.

Each person has different ideas about what is important and what makes them feel best.Making my own
choices about the things that I do is very important because it gives life meaning. I believe the key to
making a good decision is to consider the consequences of that decision if the decision is acted
upon. The more positive consequences I can determine, the more confident I can be that my decision is
a good one.

If I can relate this situation in my personal life decision making is really matter. In making my own
decision first I evaluate things before making an action. My success depends on the decisions I have
made in my personal life. Decision making is one of the most important aspects in life because of its
strong link to success and effectiveness. Actually, successful people achieve their goals in life through
effective and efficient decision making. The decision making process is usually guided with individual’s
beliefs, values, and attitudes as well as concepts. If the two Sisters have a proper communication and
the same interest they could give them a better outcome in their decision. Always start with the end in
mind. People make decisions, and those decisions turn around and make us.  Making effective and
sound decisions is an art that is learned through life experience. Everything in life is a reflection of a
choice I/we have made. If you want a different result, make a different choice.

This story thought me "The challenge is that very hard to look at something and see it for more than it
appears to be. It is particularly challenging to do that when we are facing another person who we know
seem to desire the same subject"

To be precise, you cannot achieve success in your life if you do not know how to make your decisions
perfectly. Better to inform ourselves to have a better idea about the importance of decision-making.
