Notes
45 second recovery between strength moves & supersets.

AMRAP - As Many Reps As Possible

Superset - move quickly from one exercise to the next without


taking a break for rest in between the two exercises.

HIIT - High-Intensity Interval Training

Dropset - continuing the exercise with a lower weight once


muscle failure has been achieved at a higher weight.

Tabata - a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout,


featuring exercises that last four minutes.
