Sub-- Application for allotment of hostel room as a guest.
Sir,
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I , Nimesh
Chakraborty, got admission in MBA department at Assam university this year. I am
from Biswanath Chariali, which is about 700 k.ms away from Silchar. I would like to
inform you that I have already applied for hostel accommodation . And accordingly
you pleased to allotted me hostel accommodation. But it appears that my name
has been listed in the Girls hostel list i.e Girls hostel no.1. In view of above I would
like to request you kindly allot me a room in Boys hostel so that I may immediately
shift from private accommodation. Since it is too expensive for me to stay.
I therefore request you kindly to allot me a sit in Boys hostel or
temporarily allow me to stay as a guest till the list boy’s hostel is published. And
for your esteemed kindness I shall remain ever greatfull to you and obliged.
