My name is Emma Smith and I am writing to you because I have some problems with your children for
some time past. I have taught English and History for the whole 3.A class for 2 years and I had no
problem with Mark until October.

He hide under the table every day and he don’t want to come out of it. Besides that, he always talks
back to me and uses nasty words to express himself.

I don’t understand the reason for this change because I knew Mark a nice and sweet child, but now his
behaviour is unacceptable. He disturbs the other’s attention regularly and because of him some other
pupils of mine begin the same behaviour.

I would like to discuss this problem with you because in my opinion it can be determinative for the later
years of Mark.
