How can you know about a job?

R/: There are different ways, for example through the job portals,
recommended by a friend or social networks.

What do companies or employers look for in a person?

R/: Basically, employers look for someone who is proficient in a particular

function and who has the right personality and behaviours, essential for
successful working.

What are the skills candidates should have?

R/: Candidates to be effective, to demonstrate they can adapt quickly, solve

problems and motivate people, but also to have leadership skills and ability to
work under pressure.
