Differences

In brave new world by adlous huxley, the savage reservation is the complete
opposite of the controlled society of the world state.To begin with, The savage
reservation have beliefs on marriage, love and family (they believe in
monogammy ) unlike the worldstate, they believe in real love, feelings and
emotions, and that the relationship should be totally based on their love for each
onother.On the other hand, in the worldstate, they believe in polygommy and
materialisim, they perceive females as sex objects and all they care about is
getting physical pleasure. More over, in the reservation, they have normal,
natural families and they are born naturally while in the reservation, the babies
are decanted from a bottle and they are conditioned and programmed to their
future jobs. As for the religon aspect, the savage reservation religon portrays both
christianity and an indian belief system. They worship a man who died on a cross
(jesus peace be upon him). On the contrary, the WS has a relationship with ford,
which they assume to be their god. Finally, compared to the WS, the savage
reservation is very close with nature, they huant and live off it while in the WS,
flowers are vanished, no one notices the starry nights because of london lights
and the only time they can go outside is when they want to consume or use
transportation.

Similarities

Although the WS and the savage reservation are opposites, they do share
somethings in common such as taking drugs, practicing rituals and listening to
music. In BNW, both communities incourages drug consumation to forget the
sorrowful and traumatizing situations, also both communities practices religious
procedure, the WS has ford as a god to worship and the reservation has
christianity and indian belief system.moreover, both communities love music and
enjoy listening to it.

Which is more cruel?

In my opinion, a man made world is always a more cruel world than the natural
one (which is in this case the ws world that is more cruel than the reservation )
from all its angles, the people, style of living and the system. imagine living with a
world with no books or flower, no religon and most importatntly with no real
love, like all th beautiful aspects in a life are vanished, they don’t get to
experience anything.
