How to Improve Your Mobility

Before I start the video, I feel sort of stiff and sore since I ran yesterday on the treadmill.

I haven’t moved around much today since it’s my rest day. I’ve noticed that my arms, back, and

legs are quite tight. My shoulders, biceps, and hamstrings are a little bit sore. My neck is also a

bit stiff since I think I slept wrong on it last night and I haven’t stretched it out. So right now, I’m

quite stiff and need to move around.

After the video, I found the hip mobility exercises to help my legs out so much. Some of

them helped stretch out my glutes and hamstrings, where I was really tense. I also began to

notice that I have a decent mobility in my hips, but not as well in my shoulders. I noticed that my

shoulder mobility isn’t very amazing and that I can integrate some of these shoulder mobility

exercises into my cooldowns or warmups. I feel warm and rejuvenated after this video!
