The amendments to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 which

came into force on 1 June 2020 introduces corporate liability for corruption in
Malaysia.

Public Bank Group has established an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (“the

Dasar Anti-Rasuah dan Anti-Sogokan

tujuan perniagaan kepada/daripada pihak luar semasa menjalankan tugas mereka
kerana ini akan meletakkan mereka dalam keadaan terhutang budi dan terpaksa
bertolak ansur yang boleh menjejaskan pertimbangan mereka.

Bank berhak untuk menamatkan hubungan dengan pihak ketiga sekiranya berlaku
pelanggaran kepada Dasar Anti-Rasuah dan Anti-Sogokan Bank.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

Please be informed that the Bank adopts a “zero-tolerance approach” towards any
form of bribery and corruption in conducting its business.

As a general rule, all staff are to refrain from offering or receiving any gifts,
entertainment, hospitality and non-business travel to/from external parties in the
course of their duties as it may put them in an obligated or compromised position
which could affect business judgement.

The Bank reserves the right to terminate any relationships with third parties for any
breaches of the Bank’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.
