SPHYGMOMANOMETER GAUGE WARRANTY DETAIL

CALIBRATION WARRANTY: Calibration refers to the gauge’s accuracy when compared to

a calibrated reference manometer at a static pressure as described in the Directions for Use. If at
any time during the stated warranty period, an otherwise properly functioning gauge is verified
by Welch Allyn to be out of calibration as defined by the Standards specified in the Directions
for Use, the gauge will be recalibrated or replaced, at Welch Allyn’s discretion, free of charge.
Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY: If at any time during the warranty

period, a gauge fails due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, the gauge will be repaired
or replaced, at Welch Allyn’s discretion, free of charge. Shipping costs remain the responsibility
of the customer.

Inflations Bulbs, Tubing, Bumpers and Valves are covered under our standard one year warranty.
Blood pressure cuffs are covered under a separate warranty, details of which can be found in the
Directions for Use for each specific blood pressure cuff model.

Warranty shall not apply to any damage or product failure determined by Welch Allyn to have
been caused by misuse, accident (including shipping damage), neglect, improper maintenance,
modification, or repair by someone other than Welch Allyn or one of its authorized service
representatives.
