Introduction
Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) extracts data from Manhattan Associates’ supply chain solutions,
transforms the data into usable information, and stores the information in a data warehouse, which is also
then loaded into OLAP. The Analysis user interface enables multi-dimensional, graphical analysis of the
information, allowing knowledge workers to have better visibility into the operations and thus the ability to
make better business decisions.
The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive list of content available within base SCI
2013.
The intended audience for this document is Manhattan Associates’ current and prospective customers
and employees
Smaller Cubes
The following products do not include enabled and disabled dimensions:
• WM for IBM i
• WM-OSxr
These products feature multiple cubes per functional area. Because there are significant amount of cubes
available, each cube can be narrowly focused on a small set of dimensions and metrics. Each of the
cubes is tied to a fact table, which has additional dimensions available. A Manhattan Representative can
modify one of these cubes to include any dimension available in the fact table.

Multi-Tier Dimensions
This section provides the hierarchies for the multi-tier dimensions. Any dimension not mentioned in this
section is a single-tier dimension.
Multi-tier dimensions contain multiple levels of related attributes organized in a hierarchical structure.
When the data from the OLAP cube is displayed in Cognos Analysis Views, the hierarchy is displayed in
a treeview structure. You can select the data from the hierarchy to redefine the analysis views.
Below is a graphic that illustrates the hierarchy of one particular set of data when it’s displayed in Cognos.
This is the hierarchy for Actual Ship Date (as defined in another Manhattan product):
