This document serves as a binding contract between (Entrepreneur's Name /Traders)

hereafter known as "Entrepreneur," and {Investor's Name}, hereafter known as "Investor,"
signed {date}. Whereas the Entrepreneur/Trader is seeking an investment and the Investor is
willing to fund the venture; therefore, both parties agree to the following conditions:

Article 1

The Investor will contribute a minimum $500 as requirement to link an EA Robot and as per
agreement of both parties, Profit Sharing is 65% for the Trader and 35% for the Investor.

Article 2

The money provided by the Investor will be used for the following aspects within the venture and
nothing further: (Trading Fund for own Investors Account and Password) and
(Trader/Admin work task - monitor trades 24/5). Any additional aspects must be approved by
the Investor before the funding can be allocated.

Article 3

For {his/her} investment, the Investor will be in control of the following aspects within the
venture: (own brokers account), (personal bank account), (investor password), (daily
monitoring trade history). The funds will be directly deposited into investors own bank account
and Brokers account.

This contract is valid and legally binding within 3 months lock in period from (April) to (July).
The Investor shall make 65% payment to the Trader as Profit Sharing in this manner: {1st
payment after 15th trading days > 2nd payment after 45th trading days > and 3rd payment
after 60th trading days} depending on the interest until the lock in period. In order for either
party to nullify the contract before this date, {terms of termination.}

This contract shall be enforced according to the laws of {Investor's State}, regardless of the
location of the Entrepreneur or the venture itself.
