You can:

pay in cash at the cash desk of the Ministry of Justice (100 Czerniakowska Street
in Warsaw),
pay in cash at the cash desk of any court,
pay using court fee stamps, which you can buy at the court's cash desk,
make a transfer to the account of the Ministry of Justice:

In the transfer title, enter: name and surname of the person to whom the
certificate is to apply and the date, which is marked in the application as the
date of issue. Remember that the date in the application must be the same as the
date in the transfer title.
