1. That the above-mentioned suit is pending before the Hon’ble Court and is fixed for 18-03-
2020, today (Eighteen March Two Thousand Twenty year) .

2. It is submitted that the Applicant resides in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

3. It is submitted that all mode of transport to Delhi have been suspended by the State
Government due to Covid-20 (Corona Virus).

4. It is submitted that due to such suspension of transport facility to Delhi, the Applicant is
unable to appear before the Court for the hearing.

Prayer

It is therefore humbly prayed:

a) That the Hon’ble Court may grant time and adjourn hearing due to above mentioned
circumstances.
b) To pass any other order as the Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.
