REQUEST LETTER

Good Day,
In the account 847734707, I herewith request a disconnection of the
postpaid plan, plan1499. The reason for this action is that we don't use it
anymore, at the same time, slow internet connection. The slow connection
began around the middle of June. We even asked for assistance in your
Facebook chat, but there's no development in the speed of the connection.
So instead of paying a great price but not equal to the said performance,
we gladly ask for the disconnect of the plan.
