What is Chara dasha in vedic astrology? Chara dasha is part of Jamini astrology where
dashs are based on signs than planets. Vimshotri dasha is plaent based time periods while
Chara dasha are sign based time periods. Both systems do not or may not run at the same
time. If the native is running through the mahadasha of Saturn in the 10th house, they might
also be running through chara dasha of Libra in the sixth house.
