Dear Chief Hunt,

Hope this finds you well.

We noticed a comment to the press from a member of the administration suggesting that
we had not formally requested authorization for our harm reduction program. Please accept
our apologies for any confusion about the intent of our previous communications.

With this email, we wish to formally request that you authorize SOAR’s full harm reduction
program at the earliest possible date. We continue to welcome the chance to answer any
questions you may have.

We also wanted to share the updated support letter from healthcare professionals. We are
now up to 106 supporters.
