Spring Clinical Research

Spring, TX, United States, 77379

To whom it may concern,

I would like to express my strong interest in the Research Assistant position, as listed on Indeed
Jobs. I am confident that my college years as a recruiter make me an ideal candidate for the
position. I have interpersonal and communication skills, which have enabled me to work
effectively in teams such as Organization Enactus and Project GET by STEM (Minority Science
and Engineering Improvement Program) of the University of Puerto Rico in Ponce.

As a volunteer at Enactus UPRP, I have had to implement ideas that promote educational and
social change through the creative projects of social, environmental, and economic impact in
communities in need. I am eager to apply what I have learned to your company.

Besides, in Project GET by STEM, for three consecutive years my responsibilities included
preparing didactic material, coordinating and visiting high schools around the Puerto Rico area
and acting as a motivational and instructional speaker for young girls, developing new educational
dynamics and material to provide during school visits, and coordinating the participation of
companies and investigators for the GET by STEM Summer Camp. I consider this extensive
experience which allowed me to act as a speaker sharpen my public speaking abilities, as well as
collect extensive information for impact statistics, strengthened my quantitative, research, and
technical skills to obtain this job.

As an experienced recruiter and teacher assistant in GET by STEM, I have attended over 1,665
students in schools in the Puerto Rico region. Often, I have been responsible for tracking 100
female applicants to Summer Camp of GET by STEM through phone calls, email, and among
other platforms. My familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting strategies will allow
me to retain the best possible patients to your reaching goals in your clinical research.

I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you regarding the positive impact on your research
I could have through my ability to recruit the right patients for a study to obtain better results. I
have enclosed my resume for your review, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Génesis M. Ayala Irizarry
