I am writing to inform you of our intention to withdraw our application dated 8 th February, 2016 (File
2016/03) seeking permission to mutate a portion of land described as Parcel3,Pln Parika.

Our Research reveals that an Order of Court Action No 51/2009 was issued to Mr. Seeram Singh to
Mutate Parcel 3, Pln Parika into Parcels No’s 2181 and 2182. Mr Seeram Singh occupies Parcel 2181.(see
attached Plan).
