3. Identifying deltas and making key decisions accordingly.
4. Giving priority to deltas and assigning solutions to them.
5. Documenting everything.
6. Making a business process plan.
7. Defining list of consultants.
8. Defining who will be users of the client company.
9. Setting up milestones in every process and giving real-time check and controlling it.
10. Defining baseline of the plan.
11. Defining roles and responsibilities of team.
12. Start developing development system/server for it.

1. Data integration with the system by first cleaning data to only required information.
2. Designing roles of team in data migration.
3. Setup of quality and assurance server to start migration and also integration testing side by side.
4. Start training to client users and make documentations.
5. Doing corrective actions for faults and problems faced in integration testing user accepting
testing.
6. Making improvements in development systems and again testing it in QA server and once all
problems are solved then only deployment is done to main production server.
