Senate Ribbon Committee recommended filing a case against PNP Chief Pol. Gen. Oscar
Albayalde concerning his affiliation on drug recycling and ninja cops.
According to head committee Sen. Richard Gordon yesterday, he was only waiting for
the committee’s report on his co-senators’ signature although unsure for what
case/s would be filed.
The report included the recommendation on possible cases against Albayalde. “Based
on testimonies and evidences exposed by the Senate Panel, Albayalde is prolly to be
criminally and administratively liable”, he said. “Perhaps, graft and corruption or
negligence. But the decision from Blue Ribbon Committee is ongoing”, he adds.
