You will be surprised to find out that Romania is the country
with the most tranditions, we celebrate whenever we can. For
example, in your brothers case, if you move into a new house,
you invite everyone for a drink.
About the second question, I suggest him to live in an
apartment on his own. You probably didn’t now that, but in
Romania the families are not too keen on sharing the house
with a strange. The best option would be to get an apartment
in a students complex.
