1. Use the 5 principles correctly before presenting medicine 2. Recheck the patient's name and drug list, and check the drug expiration date 3. Give the drug to the patient according to the prescribed dose 4. Ask the patient to take the medicine in front of the nurse.
Giving Oral Medication (Outpatient)
1. Instruct the patient to take the medicine based on what has been given on the drug label. 2. Tell the family to pay attention to eating and the time to offer medicine to the patient. 3. If the drug runs out and there is no change in the patient, immediately control to the hospital.
