Reflection

My name is Komallam d/o Maruthamuthu. I’m working at SJKT LADANG

HENRIETTA. Last week my school held English Programme. There are some activities were

carry out such as Reading Programme- DEAR (Drop Everything and Read), Reading

Compettion-Choral Reading, Writing Competition- Note Expansion, English Language Quiz-

Written form, English Language Quiz-Oral, Sketches, Sing Along session, English Language

Exhibition.

My school teachers and all pupils from year 1 to year 6 were took part in this programme.

By carry out this type of English Programme, I had learned how to carried out the programme in

proper way. In the end of this programme I had learned how to prepare paper work for any

English Programme. By conduct Reading activity the pupils were able to cultivate their reading

habits. This type of activity also can make confidence in usage of the English language.

The students show their interested in the acquire communicating skils. They were able to

complete all the task correctly. The pupils were able to sing a song with fluently, proper

pronunciation, intonation and good stress. They were enjoyed this programme. By writing

competition pupils able to improve their grammar skils. By this programme all my school

techers show their talent and also enjoyed the programme. English Language Exhibition was

interesting programme among students and teachers.

By an exhibition of English Teaching aids, story books, and other materials were

displayed. During English week, some activities which we carried out could not run properly
because of time consuming. During this English Exhibitions, the place was very conjusted. This

made the made the pupils feel uncomfortable to move for place to other place. From this English

programme, I had earned a lot of information and knowledge to carried out programmes.

According to this I had learned to solve some problems like prepare paper work and conduct the

programme in proper way.
