Business Ethics is a set of guidelines on how to properly behave in a business
setting. Examples of good business ethics are accountability, integrity, and respect. Good ethical policies of businesses lead to a more productive workforce and it equates to a higher trust and confidence of public to the business. As Andrew Stark wrote, business ethics means acting within business for nonbusiness reasons. Business ethics are not necessary from legal requirements but from our morals and it also serves as a guide when conflicts happen in the future.
