Sir, I had this argument in my head and I would like to have your thoughts in that. I think this relate to customer satisfaction. The argument is following, say I'm a service provider and I charge TK 10,000 for my service and my business is growing. However, if you use my services and you are asking me how much effort that I have putted in what would be your answer. the context is, although I am a growing service provider customer needs certain assurance from the big companies for their brand value and image. So, how should someone justify or how should I make you feel your money worth?
