STAND RENTAL CONTRACT

It is established by this rental contract, signed on the one hand by Mr. EUSEBIO ENRIQUEZ
QUISPE with CC No. 02031497, as OWNER and on the other hand Mr. AQUILES ELIAS
CASADO MONTIEL, with CC No. 45346666, domiciled in the city of Barranquilla, which
hereinafter will be called TENANT. In the following terms and conditions:
FIRST. - THE OWNER grants the STAND for rent in favor of the LESSEE. N ° T-28 located in
Corferias in the city of Bogotá, intended for commercial use. The Stand is delivered in good
condition with its roll-up metal door, majolica floor, and its own light meter.
SECOND. - The duration of the agreed and agreed contract is 5 days, which is effective as of
December 13, 2020 and ends on December 17, 2020, renewable if there is an agreement by both
parties.
THIRD. - The rent per day agreed and agreed is the sum of $ 250,000 that the LESSEE will pay in
advance and on time. Upon signing the contract, THE LESSEE delivers $ 750,000 as rent payment
and $ 750,000 as GUARANTEE.
FIFTH. - THE LESSEE may not transfer, totally or partially transfer the STAND rental material to
third parties.
SIXTH. - In the event that the tenant has a payment debt of two months and 15 days of the rent or
has the lease contract expired, he will be evicted according to the last tenancy law 820 of 2003.
Both parties declare that the signing of this document has not mediated fraud, error, deception or
vice that is cause of nullity, so they are ratified in all its content by signing at the bottom of this
document, in the city of Bogotá, at 03 days of the month of December 2020.
