ABSTRACT

This work intends to identify and analyze environmental regulations, regarding the
rights, obligations, responsibilities and institutional competences, in relation to the
probable environmental impacts that will be produced by the execution of Projects and
in this way to foresee non-compliance with the regulations of environmental health and
natural resources, including aspects of social and cultural order, and to be able to avoid
and / or reduce conflicts or damage to the environment of the area in which this project
is developed.

The Political Constitution of 1993, specifies in Article 66, that renewable and non-
renewable natural resources are the patrimony of the Nation. Considering that natural
resources are all those assets that are within the territory and that serve for their rational
exploitation and the development and progress of the Nation. Articles 67 to 69 define
the functions of the State with respect to environmental policy, conservation and the
promotion of sustainable development.

The protection of intellectual rights in Peru has always been the concern of jurists, since
independence and the subsequent promulgation of the first Constitution of Peru in 1823,
they were embodied in a number of norms of these rights, so To get a closer look at the
legal framework that governs copyright protection, initially and in a chronological way,
reference is made to the most important norms that remain on the subject that have been
promulgated throughout republican life.
