Dear Sir / Madam,

INTERVIEW FOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP -JRF(COMP)

1. This has reference to our advertisement No.ADA:ADM:EST:ADV-074:2008-10 and

your response thereto (Application No:15341).

2. On the basis of the on-line test conducted during November 2010 and based on the
information furnished by you online, you have been provisionally shortlisted for
personal interview scheduled on Tuesday, 28th December 2010 at 08:30 hrs
at Aeronautical Development Agency, behind HAL Helicopter Division,
Vibhuthipura, Bangalore 560037.

3. If any of the vital information furnished by you online, including age , educational
qualification, length of experience, class / division, aggregate percentage of marks
etc. on the basis of which your name being short listed under automation process is
found to be false, your candidature will be rejected. Further, depending on the
the gravity of wrongful disclosure, you may be permanently blacklisted for
future appointments in ADA. In this connection you are required to fulfill the
following criteria as on the date of application :

a. Age below 28 years.

b. Passed BE/B.Tech or its equivalent in first class and
c. Possess a minimum of 60% & above in aggregate in all semesters/years
as claimed in your application. No rounding off of marks is permitted.

4. Kindly note that production of the following documents in original, is mandatory

for appearing in interview:

a. Matriculation or equivalent certificate in proof of Age.

b. Degree Certificate and marks cards(all semesters).
c. Experience Certificate from the present and previous employers in proof of
experience and emoluments, as indicated in your application.
d. No Objection Certificate from present employer (in case of Govt/ Semi Govt./
PSUs/autonomous bodies) if your application is not routed through proper
channel. In case your application is forwarded through proper channel,
a copy of the forwarding letter.
e. Interview Call Letter and one recent passport size photograph.
f. Identity proof & Permanent Address Proof.
g. Copies of publication of Thesis/Project Report etc.
h. One set of copies of certificates mentioned in para a,b,& c above
j. Copy of admit card of on-line test.

5. Outstation candidates appearing for interview by meeting the above requirements

will be paid to-and fro second class train fare by shortest route, on production
of proof of journey.

6. If any of the above documents are not produced, kindly note that you will not be
admitted for interview and your claim for travel will not be allowed.

7. In case the interviews spill over to the next day, you may make your own arrang-
ments to stay over night. ADA will not provide any accomadation.
