Indicators and Gauges - Test

Travel Alarm (If Equipped) - Test

Backhoe Linkage - Lubricate under severe operating condition, etc.

Every 50 Service Hours or Weekly*

Backhoe Linkage - Lubricate the fittings

Initial 100 Service Hours*

Engine Oil and Filter - Change oil and filter. If the sulfur content in the fuel is greater than 1.5%
by weight, use an oil with a TBN of 30 and reduce the oil change interval by one half

Fuel System - Change element

Initial 250 Service Hours*

Engine Valve Lash - Adjust on new or reconditioned engines at first oil change only

Hydraulic System - Service screen and filters

Swing Drive - Change oil

Final Drives - Change oil

Every 250 Service Hours or Monthly*

Scheduled Oil Sampling (S·O·S) - Obtain for engine oil

Engine Oil and Filter - Change oil and filter. If the sulfur content in the fuel is greater than 1.5%
by weight, use an oil with a TBN of 30 and reduce the oil change interval by one half

Hydraulic System - Obtain hydraulic oil sample on machines equipped with hammers and
perform S·O·S and Infrared Analysis

Cooling System Hoses - Inspect/check

Coolant System - Add coolant additive

Belts - Inspect/adjust

Final Drives - Check oil level

Swing Drive - Check oil level

Swing Bearing - Lubricate the fittings
