Renewal: The holder is advised to submit his application for renewal,

atieast 15 days before expiry of licence to the authority designated
by the Director General. The licence may be renewed on receipt.of:
a)fee, as prescribed in Rule 48;
b satisfactory evidence of the applicant having complied the
requirements as laid down in Schedule-l, Section-Y, Para-3
of the Aircraft Rules, 1937; and
C) Compliance to Rule-42 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937.
