KINDS OF VIEWS

 Normal View

is the editing mode where


you'll work most frequently to
create your slides. From the
presentation view group on the
View Tab of From the View buttons
NORMAL VIEW
 Slide sorter view

shows miniature of each slide.


This view is helpful if
you need to reorganize your
slides just click and drag
your slides to a new location.
SLIDE SORTER VIEW
 Slide Show view

is used to display the presentation


on or from the computer.
Best way to view or preview
your presentation to ensure it's clear,
focused and has impact to the audience.
SLIDE SHOW VIEW
 Notes Page view

allows you to add speakers


notes or information to share
with the audience.
NOTES PAGE VIEW
 Outline View

create an outline or story


board in the presentation.
It displays only the text
on the slides, not picture
or other graphical items.
OUTLINE VIEW
 Zoom
allows you to increase or
reduce the view of the slide.
Zoom command can be accessed
from the View tab on the ribbon.
ZOOM
 Print review

is a function provided for


displaying a page, document or
any other material before it sent
to a printer. You can also
print the notes and outline views.
PRINT PREVIEW
 Minimize

reduces the presentation to a


button size icon at the
bottom of the window.
A graphics-based operating system
that hides the application currently on screen.
MINIMIZE
 Restore
shows the presentation in a
reduced view that allows you
to move the worksheet by clicking
and dragging the pointer and
resize the worksheet by dragging
the resizing arrows.
