Print again onto special inkjet printable iron on paper. Trim as close as possible to the black outline. Cut a piece of white felt the exact size and sew to middle of Belt on doll. Avoid pressing hard on the felt, as too much heat will flatten and eventually melt the felt, so use as little pressure and heat as possible to get the pattern to fully apply.
