    Lawn Love is a lawn display business that adds that PREPARED BY
    special message to any occasion. Whether it be a JAZMIN MOLELI

    birthday, anniversary, retirement, or even Super Bowl


    Sunday. If you feel it should be celebrated, Lawn Love
    will bring your imagination to life.

    Before
    Going to the store and buying a last-minute card to write “Happy Birthday! We love you!”
    inside is starting to get boring. What if you could
    take your message and make it life-size? Now you can with Lawn Love. Lawn Love is focused
    on helping those that are celebrating a special occasion, bring their creativity, love, and
    expressions to life. Lawn Love is currently only found on Instagram and they have 673
    followers. All bookings and sales come through this channel. I believe that Lawn Love can
    increase their number of followers by being a guest on a podcast. In 2020, more than 100
    million Americans listen to at least one podcast every month. There is a specific podcast
    channel called, VillageMade Podcast, that targets the Polynesian community both here in
    Hawaii and in the Mainland. VillageMade podcast has 3,220 followers on Instagram so I believe
    that if Lawn Love were to be a guest on their podcast and share what they offer, they would
    gain more followers.

    Ultra $: Create annual difficult and it will allow their customers to be creative and customize their
    subscriptions ($600/yr) on displays. Customization can also generate more sales, increase customer
    unlimited displays
    loyalty, and can help Lawn Love stand out from their competition.

    Lawn Love is dedicated to ensure that displays are completed on-time, created as the
    customer requested, and removed in a timely manner. Additional items are offered such
    as lights, goodie bags, and wooden stands are available. Lawn Love can increase Customer
    Lifetime Value by offering additional items. As mentioned earlier, they offer lights with their
    displays so it can be seen at night. They could also increase CLV by increasing purchase
    frequency by investing in different holiday themed displays such as Christmas, Easter,
    Valentines, etc. I would also recommend that Lawn Love creates a loyalty special where if a
    customer purchases 5 displays, they can get their 6th one for free. This will encourage
    their customers to continue working with Lawn Love for every celebration that they have
    and will be rewarded at the same time.
