P : My name is Nyoman Tyas, you can call me Nyoman
N : Can you tell me where do you feel pain?
P : My head throbbed painfully, sometimes like I can’t endure the pain
N : Is there any other symptoms Mr. Nyoman?

N : Do you usually smoking and drinking alcohol? How about consume the food
with high salt or higt cholesterol? And do you usually have enough time to
sleep?
P : Yeah nurse almost every day, but I don’t think I have enough sleep cause of
my work.

P : Yeah nurse, it’s my father have hypertention, and always eat the medicine for
his Hypertention for 5 years now.
