IHP’s Basic Stability Ball Stretching Program is designed for the healthy person and will provide a
flexibility component to any fitness regimen. This program is a great option for people wanting to
maintain excellent range of motion, while deriving the benefits of balance and core stability inher-
ent to stability ball training.
1- Adductor and Oblique 2- Abdominal/Hip flexor 3- Quad/Hamstrings
4- Spinal flexion 5- Upper back/shoulder _6- Chest and Shoulders

How:
+ Get medical clearance by your physician before starting any exercise program.
+ Do NOT perform exercise that causes pain.
+ Please seek professional instruction if not sure of how to perform an exercise.
+ Perform this program 3-5 times per week.
+ Perform 1-3 sets x 15-30 seconds for each flexibility exercise.
