Every individual has different learning skills and it actually depends on a person

what kind of learning methods is he/she comfortable with. To enhance people learning's
it is considerable to use methods to be an effective learner among themselves. And in
contemporary arts as one of learning aspect which requireds reflection, critical thinking,
comprehension, knowledge and creativeness, it is necessarily to impliment methods
with this kind of field.

Moreover methods serves as guidance and a kind of style to enhance students


learning skills. Thus, we come up with the question of, What would be the guiding
methodological principles in practices of different learning in contemporary arts? Social
constructivist discourse and learner-centred teaching is one the methodological
principles and these two is condsidered as an effective approach nowadays.

Contructivist discourse is from the word itself "contruct" which means this method
use to produce knowlege by constructing ideas to give a result which is opposite from
discovering or a knowlegde by knowing, in decades it is considerable effective in
learning because it aquires practice on learning over time and link with your previous
ideas with another one, in which the ideas is related to one another. On the other hand
the learner-centred teaching is an instructional approach which also focuses with the
learners like with the contructivist, this type of method is a cooperative learning and it
implies to learners to be responsible and independent.

This kind of method allows learners to express their ideas among their groups
and considered to be effective because every individual is working with their own pace
and one of the examples are brainstorming, debate, role play, self-relflection and many
more. These two methodological principle is a great combination to enhance students
abilities and capabilities as a viewer or an artist. These methods are fit together to apply
on every aspiring learners. However, it is alwasy depends with the person on what
method he/she comfortable with, thus, to aquire knowledge it is always comes within
oneself.
