ASSIGNMENT

CASE ANALYSIS : BILL’S PROBLEM

Bill had always been a successful businessman when he trusted the Lord, but when things
got busier at work, Bill had no time to attend Church, Bible studies or even read the Bible
anymore. Ever since then, things at work became hard and his life became miserable. Now he’s
losing touch with his family because he’s constantly working, trying to save the company.
I would say that Bill has no faith in God and no trust in the plans of the Lord for him. In
Proverbs 3:5-6 it says “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own
understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make straight your paths.” It’s
hard for us to see God’s vision for our lives, but if we trust in Him and have faith, He will guide
us through the path that He’s built for us. When we put our faith in God, He will find ways to
return that trust. Sometimes we may not understand His plans, but we should trust that He has
one for us and everything in our lives happens that way for His reason.
Yes, I think knowing God is relevant to the challenges of life and work in today’s society.
God is literally one of the reasons why we keep going. Knowing that God is with you is like a
motivation and inspiration to keep going and no matter how many obstacles you face, you’ll
surpass it as long as you know that you are with Him.
