LEARNING OUTCOME
Even in this 21st century where we have such strong powerful women who hold such
high positions and prove themselves as a great leader and that they are not even a
percent less than any other human and prove that they are equally capable of
leading as man are, women like Susan Wojcicki the CEO of YouTube, Ginni Rometty
CEO of IBM, Kalpana Chawala the 1st woman of India to go in space, Zia Mody one of
the leading corporate lawyer in India, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw one of the richest self-
made business women(Bicon, biopharmaceutical company manufacturing wide
range of drugs), Shikha Sharma one of the most respected banker who made the
stock price of Axis bank 4 times, Pratibha Patil the only woman president of
India(2007-12), Chanda Kochhar, CEO of ICICI Bank, Saina Nehwal the great renown
Badminton player, and many more. After so many powerful leaders still there are
various sectors of our society that thinks women as the weaker part. So it become
our responsibility to encourage and support women make sure they get the equal
treatment and opportunity to work, women are equally capable to work as men are,
we should treat everyone equally irrespective of their gender. We should create
awareness and run seminars and drives so that people get aware of such
indiscrimination which happening around us and poisoning our society, we should
raise our voice because each voice raised will make a difference and take our society
one first forward to the world where everyone has equal rights and opportunities.
