Subject: Regarding recommendation to resolve the problem

Dear Sir, as per the request on behalf of your department made on 1st July 2015, I hereby forward the
finding of my studies for appropriate action to be taken.

Problem: An overview
Our organization is recently facing problem of employee irregularity and turnover. This has resulted to
have unmanageable disturbances in the regular jobs of the organization; and even the customer
complaints have gone up.

Causes
The situation is created because of three major reasons. These are: poor & untimely salary payment, long
distance & de-motivation.

The first reason behind the problem is low & untimely salary payment. The salary amount paid to the
employees is much less than the salary paid in other organization. The facilities & salary that was fixed 2
years ago has not been updated till now. Staffs in similar post in other organizations are paid around 25%
more in gross salary with additional bonus of 15%. We are much substandard compared to them that
causes employee turnover.

The second reason is the long distance of the organization from the city area. It takes nearly above an
hour to reach the office. Daily two hours for up and down to the branch is an extra loss for the
employees. Even pubic transportation in the route is quite uncertain and unsafe. So, the particular branch
comes to be lest prioritized for the employees.

The third reason is the sheer de-motivation. Except soliciting the regular professional duties, other
programmes for organizational hobnobbing are not mounted. Meetings are rare. Training, workshops,
seminars and researches, which enhance and hone the skills, are in acute shortage. Refreshing offers i.e.
torus, picnics and holiday reveries are never in part. This has de-motivated the employees in their jobs.

Recommendation
In order to overcome the above mentioned problems, the following suggestions are recommended.
1. Increment in salary by 25%
2. Provision of transportation facilities
3. Management of festivals bonus, revelry offers & extra holyday for refreshments

Summary
I have made detail investigation of different problems faced by the organization; and noticing three major
problems, solution for each of the problems is recommended.
