INTRODUCTION

In advent of modern technology and versatile telephone operators, the mode of communication
is becoming easier in converging the messages from the Aspirant’s
’s voice to their candidates &
their fans.
Networ Service (VANS) that is integrated into the existing
E-campaign is a Value Added Networks
GSM Operators,, is a proprietary technology from SMS/MMS features from GSM Lines.
Integration of e-campaign is by sending recorded VOICE MESSAGES (using GOVERNOR’S
personal voice) to be broadcast to enlisted telephone numbers simultaneously; this enlisted
numbers are candidates/fans stored numbers on created DATABASE SERVER at integration
call-centre.

REQUIREMENTS AND ARCHITECTURE

- Creation of TELEPHONE NUMBERS/NAME DATABASE (Names to be generated by

the Governor’s fans/candidates within the State’s environ and in diaspora.
Generation of Names/Numbers for the ee-campaign

1. A Database is set-upup that whenever anybody/ or candidates / or new&old fans send in
