Objectives

 Greeting students in the morning and ask students questions for about 5-10 minutes.

 Have multiple conversations with students throughout the day (5 or more).

 Send home newsletters to parents every week.

Every morning I start off the day by standing at the door and greet students into the classroom. I

make sure to ask students about their weekend or how they are doing that morning. I usually try

to stand at the door until the last student arrives.

These are the average numbers of conversations that happen throughout the day. There are

sixteen students that are in the classroom. My goal each day will vary from three to four

conversations between each child.
