Physical fitness refers to the ability of your body systems to work together
efficiently to allow you to be healthy and perform activities of daily living.

Physical fitness can be defined in two categories: health related and motor


related. The health related components of physical fitness are of great
importance because they make an individual fit, functional and productive for
everyday living.

types of exercise: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. 

Components of Physical Fitness:

Health Related and Skill Related

Exercise - activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve


health and fitness.
