Case Digests in Labor Standards and Agrarian Law

A. Digests the following cases:

12. -18. Recent cases involving disability benefits ( you may use cases in the case list, except
for 2J). Only 3 students per class may digest the same case.
19-25. Recent cases involving any topic discussed in labor standards. Only 3 students per
class may digest the same case.

B. Paper
1. Write a paper about any (Philippine) social legislation enacted in 2019. State
whether you agree or disagree with the legislation and explain. You may also include
your proposed amendments or modifications, if any.

Please be guided with the following:

1. Please use long ruled GREEN paper for the case digests and paper.
2. The paper should be at least three pages long. (you may opt to write at the back of the
paper).
3. Write your name in every page thereof. All case digests and papers should be
handwritten.
4. Black or blue pens only.
5. Prepare a table of contents and a cover page.
6. Submission of the soft copies of your case digests and paper will be on May 20, 2019 not
later than 3pm. Late submissions will no longer be accepted.
7. Recent cases refer to Supreme Court decisions promulgated from September 2018 up to
present.
