He is an energetic teacher who works as a team player to ensure the success of the students. Paul has provided instruction to students with autism in grades 2-6 using a variety of methods including direct instruction. He is familiar with both tier one and tier three curriculums used within our district and has had opportunities to implement both, Paul maintains a positive attitude while working with the students. At times, the students’ behaviors may interfere with their learning. Paul is able to remain ‘calm and demonstrates patience when working with the students. Paul has also demonstrated his ability to work as part of a team both by teaching small groups within the autistic support classroom and by working with students from the autistic support classroom in the general education classroom. He conveys important information from both lead teachers which promotes a smooth transition between the classrooms. _ Paul is very proficient with technology. During online instruction, he created several lessons that incorporated various forms of technology. ‘The lessons were differentiated to include students of various ages and abilities.
