Companies are looking for people who are competent in a particular role and who have the right
personality and behaviors essential for successful work. They want candidates to be effective, to
demonstrate that they can adapt quickly, solve problems and motivate people, but also have
leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
3. What are the skills that candidates should have?

They need people to have the skill in their functions and to be hard-working, to motivate
themselves and to be oriented to work as a team. They are interested in hiring organized, flexible,
safe, positive, dynamic, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.

To become a doctor, also called a physician, one must attend medical


school after graduating from college. Medical school graduates must then

Flight Attendant
