Sick and tired of being seen as a villain by the world, Big Boss, now under the codename of ''Cosmic Snake,''
takes to the stars using the ultimate creation of his R&D division: Metal Gear COSMOS. A Metal Gear in name
only, COSMOS is not a bipedal nuclear weapons platform, but an intergalactic spaceship. Out in the furthest
reaches of space, he hopes to found Outer Heaven once more, and make it last once and for all.
