World Government : A Vision of Tomorrow

In order to develop United Nation they come up with the eight United Nations
millennium development goals that trying to achieve by 2015. these goals are made for the
leaders to fight poverty, hunger disease, illiteracy, environmental degration, and discrimination
against women. One of the Millennium Goal is to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger.
According to Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation, The number of hungry
people in the world remains unacceptably high despite expected recent gains that have pushed
the figure below 1 billion. FAO estimates that the number of people who will suffer from chronic
hunger in 2014-16 is 793 million. As of July 2020, Almost 690 million people went hungry
around the world in 2019, an increase of 10 million over 2018 according to the 2020 State of
Food Security and Nutrition in the World (SOFI) report. Next Goal was to achieve universal
primary, in this goal Ensuring that all boys and girls complete primary schooling is the target of
the second Millennium Development Goal (MDG)—achieving universal primary education.
About 57 million primary school age children do not attend school. Over four out of five of these
children live in rural areas. The urban-rural knowledge and education divide is today’s main
barrier to achieving universal primary education by 2015.Food security and education need to
be tackled simultaneously to develop the capacity of rural people to feed themselves and
overcome poverty, hunger and illiteracy. Social protection bridges the education and food
security sectorial efforts towards increased effectiveness. Next Millennium Goal is to promote
gender equality and empower women wherein promoting the full and equitable participation of
women and men in efforts to improve food security, reduce poverty, and fuel sustainable rural
development is important. Without gender equality and rural women’s economic and social
empowerment, food security will not be achieved. Empowerment of women, including ensuring
access to health information and control of resources such as money, is important for achieving
gender equality and health equity. However, the ratio of female-to-male earned income is well
below parity in all countries for which data are available. Fourth Goal is to reduce child mortality.
It is the deaths of children under the age of five according to WHO or World Health
Organization, the leading causes of death among children under five in 2017 were preterm birth
complications, acute respiratory infections, intrapartum-related complications, etc. It will reduce
if mother do the immediate and exclusive breastfeeding, give the children an Access to nutrition
and micronutrients as well as the Family knowledge of danger signs in a child’s health and
maintaining the access to water, sanitation, and hygiene and Immunizations to all the virus and
diseases by giving them vitamins and regular check ups. Next Millennium Goal is to improve
maternal health. It is important in such ways that we can save lot of women who dies in giving
births. Almost all these deaths could be prevented if women in developing countries had access
to adequate diets, safe water and sanitation facilities, basic literacy and health services during
pregnancy and childbirth. Next Goal of Millennium would be to combat HIV/AIDS, Malaria and
other diseases. Combating HIV and other diseases immediately would be very effective way to
prevent the death of infected person. Next Goal is to ensure the environmental sustainability. It
is important for us in order to have healthy communities, we Need clean air, natural resources,
and a nontoxic environment. It is ensuring that in meeting our needs for water, food, shelter as
well as engaging in activities that make our lives enjoyable – including leisure activities and
entertainment – we don’t cause damage to our environment or deplete resources that we can’t
renew. Last goal is to develop a global partnership for development it is important In such we
can be as one if we have partnership, we can grow together, and we can go further.
The ‘World government’ refers to the idea of all humankind united under one common
political authority. Critics of world government have offered three main kinds of objections—to
do with the feasibility, desirability and necessity of establishing a common global political
authority. Assuming that world government would lead to desirable outcomes such as perpetual
peace, realists are doubting that world government will ever materialize as an institutional
reality, given the problems of big-headed or corrupted human nature, or the logic of international
lawlessness that characterizes a world of states, all jealously guarding their own sovereignty or
claims to supreme authority. World governments impractical solution to global problems
because of the unsurpassable difficulties of establishing solution. Argument speculates that
even if world government were desirable, the process of creating a world government may
produce more harm than good. There are high possibilities world government were shown to be
a feasible political project, it may be an undesirable one. Now a days, politicians not all but
some of them were good at start. They give you sweet words and promises that would
encourage you to vote for them. Giving all their propaganda. All their plans and projects for the
community were discussed smoothly. For us people of the community, we are the government,
we have the power to choose or vote the right person.
