Day 2 of my Dukan diet

The setting for your second day


Your second day of attack is almost as important as the first, it's part of the foundation.
Already, after yesterday's full day of attack, a lot has happened in your body. Your blood is
less sweet, less fatty, less watery, your tissues have disgorged a little, there is certainly a little
less cholesterol circulating, yes, already. Your blood pressure may have gone down a point or
half a point.
And that's just the beginning, tomorrow morning things are going to get even better, so hang
in there.

Your motivation
The more we move forward in this joint project, the more you will understand that
motivation is the exciting heart of your company's success.
With it firmly rooted in you, you are firmly installed at the controls of a bulldozer that
crushes everything in its path. But be careful not to imagine that this force belongs to you, it
only remains within you if you prevent all the parasites from getting in between you and it.
Moreover, know that when you have the motivation, it does not only apply to your slimming
project, but overflows and fertilizes all your other projects. So be careful and vigilant, don't
do anything that could weaken it.

Deviations Écarts
In my diet, there is the Zero Deviation, which is my favourite. There is also the very small
deviation, the medium deviation, the large deviation and the large deviation. Today, you
have no choice, you need a Zero Gap and no other. Don't forget the needle and balloon
metaphor.

Your physical activity


Look out! Don't forget your 20 minutes walk, they are an integral part of our contract. These
20 minutes are proof that you are neither paralyzed nor paraplegic. Even if they seem
insufficient or derisory, they are enough for me, for lack of anything better, and I ask you to
do everything you can to make them part of your routine. Your body needs them but does
not have the means to tell you because the fundamental need to move is inscribed in the
physiology of the body and in the unconscious.
Do not forget that we are the only animals in the world to stand on our two lower limbs, and
this has been the case for several million years, perhaps the first sign of our humanity, even
before we knew how to throw stones as a weapon. But by satisfying this natural need to
make your body work, you will very quickly feel the reward in what is called form, which is
nothing more than one of the manifestations of happiness and fulfilment.

Today's exercise
Young and sporty, yesterday you were at 30 abs + 12 squats, today you have to go to 31 and
13. Nothing shattering but day after day, we will increase.
Over 50 and sedentary. Yesterday 10 abs and 5 squats, go to 11 and 6, you'll get there
without difficulty.

My support column at your side


You are in the attack phase, I remind you that you are entitled to 72 protein-rich foods. That
means that you have a choice, leaf through your list, there will certainly be some foods that
will attract you more than others. In the first few days, go where you can-
will be your inclinations. But don't lock yourself up in these attractions so as not to wear
them out and end up getting tired of them. If you like meats, they are more satisfying than
fish, but always remember to vary.

Don't eat too much


Quickly, take the time to let the pleasure that comes from the food play with your senses
and then be attentive to the emergence of the resulting emotions. Never forget that
pleasure is the very first food, whatever its origin. Think for a moment, when something
pleasurable happens to you, why would you be in a hurry to see it run out and disappear. So
if you taste something pleasurable in your mouth, in taste or consistency, make the pleasure
last. If you swallow it all, you don't taste it and you need to eat more to get the same
amount of feeling.

Your basket is only a suggestion but it is up to you to adapt it to your tastes and preferences.
Don't forget the dairy products that are precious in this diet because their design and
manufacture have been so much improved in recent years that my diet, which does not limit
the quantities, has become much stronger and more effective over time. Dairy means
skimmed milk, yoghurt, 0% fromage blanc, 0% fromage en faisselle, 0% carrés frais and 1%
MG saint-pierrelin.

Your Recipe Today

Yoghurt cake (PP)


2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. oat bran
2 tbsp. wheat bran
8 doses of protifar or neutral protein powder (optional)
1 plain or flavoured yoghurt 0 % without added sugar
1 half bag of yeast
3 tbsp. cooking sweetener
Choice of dukan flavouring (hazelnut flavouring, bourbon vanilla flavouring, orange blossom
flavouring, bitter almond flavouring...)
1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. place the mixture in a silicone cake tin and bake in the microwave for about 8 minutes or
in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
4. check the baking time by sliding a knife tip out of the tin, which should come out dry.
nb: in the cruising phase, you can add 4 tbsp. of oat bran.

Your health environment


If you think that your weight measures only the mass of your body, you're wrong. It says a
lot of other things about you. Imagine two luxury sedans known for their factory-sourced
strength. The first will be occupied by a family of five, the second by a single man who
doesn't accept hitchhikers. Five years later, have them undergo a technical inspection and
you'll be surprised to find that the car's essential organs will have aged very differently. The
same is true for a living human body. So no matter how old you are, you must avoid loading
your body, one day you will regret it.
Throughout our journey, each day I will talk to you about something related to the
relationship between your past, present and future weight and your health. If you are young,
you will be reluctant to read this passage because, at your age, you think you are stainless
and you are indeed stainless until the day you are no longer. If you are intelligent, know that
your body is you, and as your brain is an integral part of your body, you had better be
concerned about it and learn about it, I will help you but I do not want to speak for the wind.
