An ideal family

A perfect family is a family who always bonds together. My family spends time
together during weekends. We eat meals together and we stay committed to each other. My
own and ideal family are quite similar because we always stick together in any ways we
could. This shows that my family is perfect in my own point of view, but still we aren't
perfect because we have our own imperfections.

My ideal family would be a family who never fails to show care and appreciation. This
attitude in our family is always present because we talk to each other when a member in our
family is having problems. We never fail to pray together during Sundays and before having
our meals. This is a fact that my ideal family and my own have many similarities because we
help and protect each other as a complete family.

Lastly, a perfect family for me always accepts each member in the family for who they
are. A family who will always be there for you every time and accepts you for your failures
and mistakes. My family takes the role for forming my own identity and accepting me for
myself. All of us will stand together against any problem that rises in our family. This is what
makes my family similar to my ideal family.

The best food

My favorite meal is lunch. From Monday to Friday I do not have enough time to eat
because I work a lot. I usually have a toast or a salad, but the weekend is different.
On Saturdays and Sundays, my mother cooks for everyone in our family and these days are
days of cheating for me because my mother is the best chef.

Last weekend she cooked the best juicy roasted chicken. What can be better than a
roast chicken slathered with a garlic-herb-lemon butter? The best roast chicken recipe is juicy
on the inside and crispy on the outside with golden skin that is buttery and herby with just a
subtle perfume of lemon to remind you it is there without overwhelming. It creates it is own
pan juices that is used as the sauce for the chicken. This stuff is liquid gold!

When you are preparing a roast chicken, begin by rinsing your chicken and dabbing it
dry. You want your chicken skin to be as dry as possible so it gets crispy while it roasts.
She create the lemon butter recipe and then lift the skin of the breasts gently and place some
of it under the skin.  The remaining mixture is rubbed all over the outside. Marinate for about
30 minutes or so. Not longer as the acidity from the lemon juice can dry your chicken out.
Remember, as soon as your chicken hits the oven, turn the oven down to 375 degrees.
My mom gave me some tips about this recipe. Always leave your chicken to rest for at
least 15 minutes before carving. This will give you a juicy chicken that is a lot easier to carve.
For a more succulent chicken, take it out of the fridge one hour before cooking to bring it up
to room temperature. This rule applies to any meat you are roasting. Don’t worry about
turning or basting your chicken as it roasts. Yes, these can give good results, but are fiddly for
the beginner, plus every time you open the oven you lose heat.
I love lunch at the weekend because i have lunch with my whole family.

My job

Having a dream job must be that certain job that you have always reached for. It is that
job that you promise you would do anything to have.

Who doesn’t want the perfect job? Most people who are not happy at their current jobs
are usually looking for something better. Some people look for better hours, environment, or
maybe just a substantial raise. Where there are advantages in jobs, there is usually going to be
at least one small disadvantage. Weighing out the options can help people make the right
choices. Although we would all like to have the job of our dreams, unfortunately, it only
happens to a few of us. I am a commercial manager at a clothes store and for me this is the
best job. I can say it is a passion not a job.

My present job consists of customer service, fitting clothes, working with reports as
well as opening and closing the store. It is all about making money.
Whenever there is a problem that I can not handle, my director usually takes care of it. This
means a lot to me, especially since he goes beyond the call of duty. Another advantage is I
can usually ask you with no questions asked. Finally, my coworkers are very good people and
have become like family to me. My nice director, vacation time, and friendly coworkers make
up for all the disadvantages of my job. I have always enjoyed working with people.

I am treated with respect, given daily encouragement, and paid well. The flexibility to
attend to family matters if necessary and the encouragement to come up with my own ideas
and to provide input to the team is very important to me. I love my job because every hour is
as diverse as every day.

What you would do if you won 1 million dollars in the lottery

To me, winning the lottery would be a life changing experience. There is a one in a
million chance I would be able to win but it is still fun to think about what I would do if I won
1 million dollars. If I won the lottery there are so many things I would want to do with the
money, I would go on a two week vacation to Bora-Bora, then I would travel Greece.
After my traveling is done, I would build a house, my dream house with a pool. I have always
wanted a pool in my backyard for hot summer days where I can just sit by the pool and relax,
so a pool would be nice.

I would also give a part of money to cancer research and another part to charity.
I would give a part of money to cancer research because we need to find a cure for
cancer, and I would give another part dollars to charity, because it is always good to give back
to others when you can.

With the money I have left I would put it in the bank and save it for „black days”.
I would travel to Bora-Bora and Greece for many different reasons. I have always wanted to
go to Bora-Bora because I love the beach, even though the flight is long it will be worth it
once you step onto the island. From pictures and TV shows it looks absolutely beautiful, the
water looks insanely clear and the sand looks super soft. I would go snorkeling, scuba diving
and stay in a villa right on the water. I would also like to travel to Greece because Greece also
looks beautiful.

There are many different areas you can go, you can try new food and also visit there
beaches.
Bora-Bora and Greece would definitely be two places I would travel to if I won the lottery.
If I won the lottery not only would my life change drastically but my family’s life
would also change.
