Respected Ma’am/Sir,

I, Amandeep Singh (write to you in furtherance of the revised Office

Memorandum no. 691-20 dated 02.07.2020 ( hereinafter ‘revised fee
notification). This request is without any prejudice and I’ll will but a plea for help.
I request you to allow me to pay the fee in three instalments. The fact that the
country is going through its worst medical crisis ever is not hidden from anyone.
The coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns have wreaked havoc
on the economy of the country. Needless to say, my family has also been affected
by the financial distress which is being faced by the nation. In such times of
uncertainty, it is rather insensitive of the Administration to ask us to pay the
entire academic year’s fee in one go.
As the primary occupation of my father is that of a Lawyer and you must be aware
of the difficulties lawyers are facing in this unprecedented situation. As a result,
the income has been largely irregular and insufficient and we are in no position to
pay the entire fee in one go.
In light of these unforeseen circumstances, I request you to please consider my
plea and grant me an exemption/relaxation in the fee by allowing me to pay the
fee in three instalments and by relaxing the utility charges for the period I am not
using the campus. I pray to you to oblige me with whatever relief that you think
fit for my cause, for which, I shall forever be indebted.
